I am planning to have a little talk about home loan in my kid’s class. Their teacher invited parent to share something with them and already invited me to talk since last two weeks. Well, although I am not good in talk but I think sharing something that I know should be ok. Just that I hope to collect more information for the talk. I think I need time to find information about home loan, mortgage, interests and even mortgage life insurance that useful if anything bad happen.

I was invited my colleague to go Matta Fair just now, but she seems like not interested at all. But, my boss sound interested pula! haha..
I am thinking to go there to find some hotel deals. I am not sure what I want to find in the fair actually, but I just want to walk around and have a look in the Matta Fair. I do not think I could find good traveling package there but I want to see if I could really find good hotel deal. Hopefully I could find some lor..

I heard a friend saying that she using Wii Player to play game and it already become a useful loss weight game for her now. I never know playing game could lose weight too, I wonder the ps3 game that my brother play could lose weight also or not. Maybe I should borrow the ps3 player from him and try. Who knows it could really help to make be slim. haha

wow..my boss’s car going to get her new car by today! She said her agent already called her and informed her would collect the car by today afternoon. Then he would drive the car to office immediately. However, he could only arrive around 3 to 4pm. Not manage to reach here at noon time. If not we could go out for lunch by boss;s new car already lor.. haha

My sister complaints to me she is very boring since broken up with her boyfriend. I hope to help her get rid of this loneliness also, but too bad, I do not have much time to accompany her due to my family. It is hard for me to leave my family and just accompany her. Anyway, I am thinking to introduce her some healthy activities to join. Maybe she would interest in horse riding course, then this activity surely would occupy her time. If she is interests in this, then I would let her choose a present at shop that selling breeches and chaps. I would partially sponsor her. haha

Boss is meeting with a woman in office now. Two of them are speaking in Hokkien, a dialect that I am not understands at all. I do not care what they are chitchatting actually. I wish this woman could occupy my boss for longer time. So that, I could have more time to settle my personal thing. If not, I would not have enough time to settle my work within today already.

I am planning to try the doctor’s supplement for one month before go for other method. In fact, the doctor does advice me to take another do not know what injection to boost up body system for burn fat and loss weight. Well, I am not daring to try those injections actually. I think I prefer to try top rated diet pills rather than those injection that sound like plastic surgery method.

My boss has very good mood these few weeks. How we know? I think all staffs would know she is in good mood everyday.

She would not show us black face even some problem appeal in business. She would not mumbles us even she found our mistake. She would settle all problem by herself without nagging us.

I started my weight loss program again. My program started on end of February and planning to continue at least 5 to 6 months. My target is 23kgs! Well, I know this target is very hard to reach but I will try my best to get there. I already consulted a doctor and started to take the weight loss dietary supplement that he suggested. So far so good, I would not feel hungry all the time now. I hope this could really help me success.

My sister does not own a car. She has been using my father’s car since she started to work. That car is such an old fork now. It is an 18 years old car already. Although my sister does not has to pay car installment but she has to spend quite some amount in yearly service and maintenance fees. Besides that, she has to prepare money for sudden break down also. Lucky there are nothing bad happen so far.

My sister thinks of buy of new car is because of a friend offer her $3000 to buy father’s old fork. The price of $3000 for such old car is consider ok already, so she is so tempting to sell the old car and use the money as deposit to buy a new car. She is eyeing on honda fit for quite long time already. She said Honda Fit is one of the 29 ranks affordable small cars. I think this small car is quite suitable for a female driver like my sister. I think this is a good chance to get a new car.

I already planned a family vacation this yearend. I even already booked flight and get everyone to confirm free to join the vacation. All of them confirmed no problem at the period I booked but now problem appear. My sister broke up with her boyfriend already, and I already booked her boyfriends flight ticket. So what should I do now?

I still not discuss with my sister how should we arrange accommodation now, she might needs to share room with parent in a third room. Well, I would talk to her after she is feeling better only. Better do not disturb her now, I am worry she would be sad if I talk about her boyfriend now, because I know she been dreaming to have a romantic vacation with boyfriend for quite long time already. Now her dream is broken. Pity her.

My husband bought eyeglasses last month. I was shocked to hear that eyeglasses cost him $500! According to him, he said the Sales Personal told him that this is the best price for discount prescription eyeglasses already. Original price would be around $700 – $800 per pair. I ask hubby to check with his supplier who also in this line after that. Then he comes back to me with extremely heartache face. This so call discount prescription eyeglasses cost less than $400 if he order from them since they could give hubby staff price also.

Today already is third off day for my Malay colleague. I am not complaining why she took so many leaves now. But I am worrying she would not continue working here. She told me her husband company assigned him to work at JB, although her husband already appeal not to transfer to JB but not successful. She told me would appeal again, if still cannot stop the transfer, then she needs to follow her husband move to JB already. That meant she could not work here anymore. Then I would be the one suffer lor..sob

I bought a very good baby stroller for youngest daughter when she was 3 months old. Although it is not as good as the Baby jogger city select stroller, but it is very good too. Too bad, now my girl already out grown, she no longer wants to sit in the stroller. I tried to put her in when we go shopping and travel but she refused to sit it! Haii.. Therefore, no choice we have to put the stroller aside now. A bit waste the stroller, I wonder could I sell it off or not.

Another two and half hours to escape from office. I am planning to settle 75% of the assignments within these two and half hours. As i know I would not have time to do it once reach home.

I suppose very free at home but do not know why I just being so lazy to do any work when at home. I just want to rest and sleep all the time. Somemore I have two kids to take care of at home, so I really do not think I would have time to complete all the assignments.

I envy those people who does not have scalp pimples on their face. I have serious pimples problem when I was young. That is the reason I have so many scalp pimples now. I was not known how to treat the pimples without leave any scalp, very regretted do not study the treatment previously. Now so many scalps leave on my face as souvenir already. *sob*

I told my colleague that i am going to cabut at 12 noon or 1pm. Since boss already assumed us to take half day leave today, so there should not be a problem to leave office early.

Two of us have not fillup leave application form yet, I just praying hard that boss does not remember whether we have fill up or not. So that, she would not ask for the applicaiton form again. haha

hai.. I better save the annual leaves and apply only for my vacation. haha

I need budgeting advice now! I could not control myself to spend money; the worst is I do not know how to manage my money to pay off all the bad debts! I know I should manage money nicely now but I just do not know how to start to do so! I want to get a good consultant so that he could share me some idea and tips to get rid of bad debts as soon as possible.
