Employee Performance Reviews Again

I’m the only ‘worker’ who helping my boss to do annual reviews of factory staff. I hate doing employee performance reviews! Why? Because I have to dig out all their previously working attendance record, track backs their contributions and incidents. Oh my…this will take me a week time to do the reviews.
I always dreaming of boss to get me Employee Performance management software, just like the ManagerAssistant software that can lets me track, evaluate and control the behavior, performance and activities of the factory worker with just one application. And I only do the reviews with reference to the report. All performance reviews done in a day, how good it is?




Why don’t you ask for it? or have you and it hasn’t worked?
I know whenever I ask for stuff at work they give it to me? but then again i write it on a demand list. haha
Hi Amanda, I can’t ask for it yet. Actually I’m working in a small business company, investing in this software might be a burden for us. But I surely will request boss to get it for me if we have more then 15 staff in the company.
