Lazy I have no using the calorie counter provides by My Fitness Pal few weeks already. Previously, I keep track my daily intake by enter the meal and trying my best not to over take the calories. Actually, it does help me to lose some weight. I lost about 2 kg since I started to calculate how many calories I took from daily meal.
I stop the calculation after that. I actually do more exercise lately and I thought I could lose more weight with that. I will to get all the calories burned by doing more exercise. However, the worst is I ate more oily and fried food then before. This is the main reason my weight is increase again.
