My Favorite Steamed Yam Cake

A special homemade lunch from my mother. I like to eat this Steamed Yam Cake very much. And I always thinking that Yam cake that my mother cook are much more delicious than what I can buy at outside. Most probably is because of the ingredients, I know she have to prepare many ingredients like dried prawn, yam, onion, rice powder and etcs. I am to lazy to cook those stuff, too many preparation work to do. :p
It looks very tasty. Is cheese what I can see in white colour at the bottom?
Kersson, nope that not cheese. This actually not a cake. It is some Chinese meal. No idea why it’s call yam cake.
