MSN With Boss In The Office

This woman eat full nothing to do and ping me at MSN in the afternoon while I’m busying MSN chat with my boss. She sounds curious why I MSN-ing with boss in the office. Not only me who often MSN chat with boss, almost all the staffs are MSN-ing my boss if found any complaint except an old lady.
All because of we have a colleague (the old lady) who is extremely sensitive. Boss and us having fear to tell her the true, and we have too much of “complaint†about her. We need to express our feeling to boss, if not all the staff will feel unhappy in the office.
She is one of the shareholder who hold a very small portion, My boss accidentally hire her as general clerk in the office and now never have chance to “make†her go without hurt her feeling. This sensitive woman is real easy to hurt type. The only problem she working here is we have to put attention on her feeling and cannot simply say something which may causes she feel unhappy, if not a woman with “black face†will destroy your good mood in the office.
