Recently, my boss is thinking to install a key phone system, because we frequently transfer call in between department. I have done some costing about purchase of key phone system and found that it is more expensive than using web based Small Business Phone SYstem. I have to check out the detail and submit a proposal to my boss for suggestion of apply for the IP phone system instead of key phone system. 3CX VOIP is one of the websites offering complete phone system that is friendly user. The Enterprise edition of 3CX Phone System implements enterprise telephony features such as Call Queuing and Exchange 2007 integration. It has been independently tested and certified for Microsoft Windows 2003.

The Call Queuing feature allows companies to hold callers in a queue, whilst agents answer calls. Agents are able to login and logout to queues from Windows seeing the exact number of callers in the queue.

The Exchange 2007 integration feature allows 3CX Phone System to use the Unified Messaging Server in Exchange Server 2007 as the voice mail server. This way, users can connect to their Exchange Server to listen to their calendar, have Exchange read out mails and receive their voice mail in their email inbox.

This is what I need when I was not enough sleep. My mother thinks that I should take this whenever I felt tired or not enough sleep. Although, I do take brands chicken essential in the early morning if I sleep late last night. But I am not sure is it really work on keeps me awake, I hardly feel it. I often blog hopping when I am free from works. I found that many bloggers are potential a great writer. Their post always impressed me; sometimes they give me a feeling of the blog actually is writing by a real author. I wonder do they even think of be their own Book Publishers. I think maybe they just need a chance to publish they own book and share with people who interesting. I’m sad because my weight is back to before on diet already. I lost 5 kgs on my last diet. I have my supplementary food every working days and I’m successfully lost 5 kgs within 2 months and maintain the weight for another few months. But all fat is back to me after my long vacation, travel really make me fat. I’m get bore to have the same supplementary drink again. I wonder should I try different the diet patch. I have to work hard on losing weight, CNY is coming soon. I want to wear pretty dress on CNY.

The case of baby Yok Shan who had lost her left arm due to doctor’s error, seems has no improvement at all. I’m not sure is it because of the news has been covered by media department or some people trying to make public forget about the case. Few weeks ago, I read from newspaper, ex-gratia payment had offered to Yok Shan as an acknowledgement of the mistakes made in her treatment. But there are no further news on how much will they pay as the compensation.

I know money can’t make thing back to the future, however, Yok Shan will need the money to get her an artificial limb. She needs it for her future education fund too. If I am Yok Shan’s mother, I surely will hire an injury lawyer to sue them and get back the compensation. If I can’t find a power lawyer in my country, I don’t mind to hire an Austin Texas Personal Injury Attorney just to get back the right. I have to make sure people who made mistake to take the responsible of pay for the process of recovery and baby Yok Shan future alimony.

Boss was totally refreshed from her Holiday in Kota Kinabalu. She keeps talking about her trip when she step into the office. All of the colleagues have received the souvenir which is a pack of KK famous black tea and some special and beautiful decoration gifts.

She makes me want to plan a trip to Kota Kinabalu too. Too bad, she said the trip wasn’t suitable for children, I mean to the Kinabalu mountain but not just Kota Kinabalu city. If possible, I hope to visit there with my husband. I have no chance to climb mountain more than 5 years already.

I didn’t know much about loans until our company needs fund for business. We can’t get the business loans due to the company account wasn’t have good “looking” audit report. That was the reason we go for other loan. We only have the choice of apply either personal loans or secured loans. We go for personal loans which were applied under my boss’s name, because we don’t have property to secure for secured loans.

We had applied three personal loans since 2 years ago, and now still have another 2 years to pay off the entire loans amount. It kind of troublesome to issue payment for different account at different date, I wonder can we apply for a debt consolidation loan to group all the personal loans together, So that I can save the hassle of issue different check and save some interest as well. Hmm…I’m going to discuss with boss regarding this. I hope she will agree.

I chat with an online friend this morning, one the half of conference in msn she suddenly tell me, she want to make a cup of coffee first. And me also told me I’m go to make a cup of tea too since she away.

I suddenly have a silly thought after made the tea and back to my seat, what if both of us have PC camera installed in the computer? Then we will become real online colleagues who are face to face from 9am – 5pm. Doesn’t that sound funny?

I heard many people talk about the great way to invest is through the high yield investment. My office is using UBS accounting and stock control software since few years ago. I’m quite like this accounting software, because it seems like is the most suitable accounting system for Malaysia company. I’m have no problem for those transaction entry and bank reconciliation. And the stock control system looks good to control our stock too.

The problem starts after we upgraded the stock control system to latest and networking version. It always hang or can’t login to the software. We have request for technical check up few times, but the problem still exist! Dam it! I starting to hate UBS stock control software already.
