Hosting Package Will Expire Soon

My hosting subscription for this domain will be due on next year February. Recently, I am searching around to see is there any hosting package that is cheap and worth to subscribe. I having problem with my current hosting company. I don’t like their terrible customer services and poor server management. I have deal with them many time regard my server problem. I have wait for their response very patiently, but they just took too long time to recover the server connection. I had waited for 2 days to get back my blog. Do you know how much could I earn in a day? Who goes to compensate my lost when my hosting server is down?
I am fed up with their services already. Therefore, I am sure will move to other hosting company. I don’t mind to pay a little more money to get better customer services and server performance.
