Thank you CP who left me comment in the Director Transaction post. In fact that is the first solution I think of. If it is only one time transaction or every transactions have different amount then it should be more easier to take it as contra in Director loan account.
However, this is a monthly transaction that with fixed amount. It is mean that every month there is a 77K check come in, 69K and 8K check issue out. It would become a huge amount after accumulate of 12 months. I am worry the tax department would start to stare on our company if we have such big amount rolling in the director loan account.

I am not yet decide how to do this transaction, nevertheless I have consult my auditor and waiting for his reply. I hope he could come back to me with better solution, which is acceptable by tax department.

I have so many things to complain about the Accident Compensation that my friend gone through. She told me they had waited for one and half year to claim the accident compensation, she keeps complaint to me how terrible, and troublesome the pro procedure was. She had to keep calling the lawyer and pushing them to process the compensation fast.

I could understand her worry and fear at the time, she was urgently need money to pay her husband medical fees and others expenses. Although most of the medical and surgery fees did cover by his medical insurance, they still need a lot of money to spend on the treatment and do not forget that no working no money. They had lost the main financial supporter income since her husband’s road accident happen. Therefore, the longer time she spends on the compensation process the longer time her family has to suffer.

I think the main problem for them to claim back the compensation so late was because they might found a wrong lawyer or specialist. A professional specialist should know how to advice their client if they compensation claim is worth pursuing. They should let you know the fair and rightful compensation and period for the case after fully investigate your claim. Lesson learnt! We should always find a reliable and trustworthy specialist to handle the compensation.

I am having problem to take below transaction in my company account.

• Monthly Rental Receive – $77K
• Monthly Rental Payable – $69K
• Different amount for above that will issue to director – $8K

The problem to take the transaction for this is because the amount actually is just pass by our bank but not our business. The director is making profit from the above rental. And he just using our company bank to receive payment.

Could I just take it as director loan and put all the amount in the director loan account? I am worrying that kind of big amount is quite hard to hide from “government”, would them suspect our company if just by pass the transaction like that? Headache!

Recently, I keep changing my seat in office to meet the most comfortable position for me. I have tried to put the computer and keyboard in few place and tried to adjust the best position for them. I am suffering on hand pain since two months ago. I have visited few doctors and wish to cure the hand pain, however the pain come back often and never recover. The doctor advice I adjust my seat according to the right position of computer equipments.

I have to request boss get me a new set computer tables and chair. I will do a search on those office tables and computer tables, so that I could select one that is suitable for me and able to fit into our small office space. First of all, I have to get a very good back support chair, so that it could encourages me to sit up rather than lean forwards. I have to make sure it makes me comfortable to do so.

There are so many office furniture available in the market; I think should not be a problem to select some that is suitable for us. Now I just have to pray hard my boss agree to let me change the computer table or at least let me get another additional office table.

I hate to collect letter from our apartment mailboxes there are many children like to steal my letter and simply throw it away. I have warned the management office, and get their attention to change current mailboxes to better group mailboxes. We need mailboxes that come with locking to ensure the safety.

Besides that, I also request them to check out the cbu mailboxes that approved by US Postal Service. They should check out the cluster box unit seller online just like the USmailboxes.com. They provides volume discount to those customers who order multiple units. I think this could help the management save some cost to replace current mailboxes and I looking forwarding to their reply.

My Blogitive account has been banned yesterday! I am totally out of idea what’s wrong with my account and why it was banned until my friend told me their new blog message. They announced in the message, they had immediately permanent banned the account that is using bots to score offers. Are they suspecting I am using bot too? Oh My! I don’t know what is bot?

I wonder they suspect my account is it because of the auto reload plugin that I use in Firefox or not? Is using auto refresh is not allows in the system? I don’t know, I thought it just a normal plugin that could be use in any website! What should I do? I have email them immediately but have not receive any reply yet. I hope they will get back to me soon. I still have many pending post waiting to approve. I do not want to be a victim under this so call “bot” thingy.

Today is the last day for SelectBind.com 48 hour’s sales! I just know about the sales when I visit their website just now. Forgetful I totally cannot remember where I have put my PDA charger! I had not see the charger since two weeks ago, I kept searching at my home, my office and other possible place that I put, but I just could not find it!

Since I need to use the PDA on my coming trip, so I have to choice to buy a new AC adapter. It cost me $55.00 for the three in one PDA charger. The charger can be use as car charger as well. Forgetful me! I really need to write down where have I put my stuffs now.

My company having financial problem since 2005. My boss already dumps money into the business until she has no more cash in hand. She could not invest more since two years ago. Why our company always-facing financial problem but she still wants to continue the business? Actually, the financial problem in our company is because we have to pay cash to buy materials while provides long term for customers. The more sales value increase the tighter of cash flow we are.

Two years ago, we had another financial problem to settle again. My boss had no choice but to apply the personal loan and invest the money into our company. I tried to advice my boss to take the Secured Loans instead of unsecure loan. It is because the interest rate for secured loans is much lower than unsecured loan. The different of 2.3% interest rate could be a huge amount too!

I am trying my best to help company save cost. I have study hard on the different of secured loans and unsecured loan. I strongly suggest who are planning to go for unsecured loan should consider taking the secured loan that offers lower interest rate. It really could help you to save some amount of interests.

I am finally finished all the pending post at the weekend. I have to get ready to write everyday so that I could clear the post on the same day without wait for another day. I wish I could continue to do this and would not attack by lazy bugs again..haha.I hope so.

Suddenly so free and do not know what to do now. I think I will sleep early and wake up early. Is time to back to the life without facing PC 24 hours a day.

Yes, I received an ang pow from boss. However, I felt more disappointed after know the amount. It was just $10! I thought I should get more because I am often help her to do something that not related with company! I meant manage the stock for another company which not belong to the company! Sad!

Since I have some amount of extra save in bank, I think investing the money is much better than keep it in bank and earn that little bit of interests. Frankly, I am starting to show my unhappy regarding her husband who takes our company bank to do his own business. I always headache on how and what should I do with the transaction. His not only increase my workload but also always create problem to me. I feel very unhappy to handle extra work for him and he is not the one who pay me salary! Why should I help him and listen to his “order”. WTF!

I have attended two Yoga Trial Classes last week. One was Basic Yoga Element and another one was Yoga Yin. I prefer the Yoga Yin class now. YIN is slow type of Yoga and it mainly is to build the nerve strength. I feel quite relaxing in the class as I do know need to do those seem like damn hard to achieve Yoga Pose.

I think I will attend the Yin Class as a learning class first, then will go for other class if I have pick up the skill. I hope I would learn it fast.

My friend Chuan has to manage a heavy equipment company after his father passed away last year. I am quite of shocked when I heard he has fully handle his father’s company, as what I know he has no experience on those heavy equipment operating, and never work in this field. How could he handle all this then? I often visit to his home and his father’s company when we were little. I think they at least owns few crawlers, tractors, cranes and other equipment that I do not even know what it’s call.

I wonder whether he needs any training services for that or not. Maybe he should enroll to heavy equipment operator school and study more about it. I think it could help him to manage the business better if he understand the heavy equipment operating, it should become more easily when he assigns the job to the worker.

I saw a free online heavy equipments training program at Associated Training Services (ATS). Maybe he could try on their free program first since there is no obligation and no money required to participate in the training program. I wish he could learn more and it really help him to manage his business without problem.

My boss told me her husband tells her there is a Disneyland located at Manila, Filipino. So far, I only know there are few locations have Disneyland only. There are Tokyo, Orlando, Hong Kong, and Paris only. I never heard there is a Disneyland at Manila! Somemore she told me, her husband keep saying how cheap the entrance fees for the Disneyland in Manila, he said it just $10 per ticket! Where got such great deal?! $10 for a ticket to Disneyland? I am sure her husband is telling lie or he is totally do not know what is Disneyland!

I wonder would my boss move the office to another location which is provides better transportation location or not. Our current office location just not provides easy transportation. One of my colleague has to take taxi to the office every morning because she could not find any bus or transport go bring her here. Lucky I have my own transport. If not I think, I have to be like her too. However, the monthly parking fees cost me a lot. I wish my boss could get help from an agent like the Austin Industrial Space leading company to find a suitable office space for us to help us some money on daily transportation expenses.

I met two friends on the way back home last Friday. We have a short chat and I am very sad after heard a question from that guy. Do you know what has he asked me? He ask me “Are you pregnant?”

Oh My! I know I have put on weight after the Chinese New Year but I never expect to get a question like that! Now I know I am really look fat! I think I have to work hard to lose weight again. IF not people really thought I am pregnant again.
