Boss requests me to work on this weekend. Well, I wish I do not have to follow her order as I am so tire and wish to rest at home. Too bad, she keeps saying no helper and really need my help now. Haii..I know it is impossible for me to reject her, unless I want to resign now or my family have problem, which I sure do not want this to happen again. So, no choice, die die also have to work at this weekend already.

I supposed to take half day leave today. I even already submitted the leave form and boss already approved. But now I want to change it as MC. I was feeling not well since yesterday, went to visit doctor right after back from work. Already get the MC permission from doctor yesterday, so I want to cancel the half day leave application now and replace it with my MC application. Well, I hope boss allowed me to change the application form and would not deduct my annual leave.
I am feeling very tired after being “maid” for few days. I was so tempt to sleep on my sleep number bed immediately once step into my home! I wish I could escape from everything and do not bother what other people doing but just have a good sleep. 8 hours sleeping time definitely not enough to recharge my power now. I think I need at least 12 hours sleeping time with nothing disturbing me! I want a full 12 hours sleep, is it possible? *sob*
Boss called me at last Friday morning. But, I did not reply because I already set my handphone on silent mode. I only know she is calling in the afternoon after checked the handphone. I totally have 3 missed call and 3 smses. Well, I was planning to reply the sms but later forget about it after busy to entertainment daughter.
Saturday morning boss called again. This time I received her call because did not set the handphone in silent mode. I think she is shocked to know I need to take so many leaves. She might think I only take 1 day leave. I also didn’t inform her how many days leave I need because I have no idea at all! My planning always wrong, so better keep my mouth shut and wait for the final confirmation.
hmm..I wonder what happen if she knows I need to on leave for another few days.
The first insurance I bought was term life insurance with 12 years period. Although, that time I didn’t get to compare many insurance plans with easy access of term life insurance online quote, but I did tried my best to understand the plan and I am very happy I chosen the right one. Time flies, 12 years past and I get back the money already. Now I could use the money for my trip and compensate my hard time.
I am on special holiday now. Let’s see what I am doing now.
Look at above meals seem like not bad holiday huh? Well, besides tasteless meal + extremely boring to stay in the same place. I have to say that this is a change to REST. Well, I wish I do not have to “enjoy” this kind of special holiday if possible.
I think man does not know how to select a gift for woman. Just like my husband who would never know I like what kind of designer jewelry. I ever show him the website selling very nice designer jewelry and the price is not expensive at all. But he never takes my words seriously. He never thinks of buy me jewelry from the online store even though I already hint him so many times.
Well, I do not hope him to buy me any jewelry anymore. I will just check out the online store and see which jewelry I like now. I will select designer jewelry that I like and place order immediately without wait for him. I could buy for myself and do not have to count on him!
I am very tempting to buy a new property for investment after studied most of the Mortgage plans that bank offering currently. Although I am not sure current interest rate offering by bank would be the best or not in the future, but I am sure it is the best since I know about home loan or mortgage thingy.
10 years ago, most mortgage plans provided plan like BLR + 1.5% or 2%. 5 years ago, most mortgage plans provided plan such as BLR + 0.5% or 1%. While back to 3 years ago, the best I could get was BLR – 1.15%. However, currently most of the banks are offering plans with BLR – 1.8% and even BLR – 2.2% for the whole loan tenure. Do not ever look down the 0.5% – 1% different, it could help you to save $1K annually out of $100K loan amount.
St. Thomas Villas is one of the real estate I am interested to invest. The location of St. Thomas Villas is good and the Villa design is very beautiful as well. I have checked out the mortgage plan from at least 5 or 6 banks for the last two weeks. I was thinking to refinance current home loan as soon as possible. Current interest rate offer by bank is very attractive. Compare to the package I applied 5 years ago, it is about 1 – 1.5% lower. I could save lot of interests with that 1% annual interest rate.
I was planning to cash out maximum loan amount and dump into another Mortgage, which still under lock in period with higher interests’ rate. For those who are interested to invest into property, this would be a good time to get Mortgage. But for sure you have to buy property in Prima area such as the St. Thomas Real Estate. I am sure your return will be higher with current low interest rate mortgage plan.
Back to my refinance plan, I just remember to check the actual mature date of current mortgage today. Called to the customer services and get them to check for me. Stupid I have wrongly estimated the mature date! The mortgage lock in period will be expiring at August 2009 and not May 2009. Well, now I have to wait for another 2 months to submit my refinance application to avoid penalty.

I feel kind of unhappy when heard what she says. OK. She is boos I should follow her order. But the so call company logo has no related with my job function. That is not related with the company I am working as well. That is her personal company which has no related with me at all! But..she requests me to help somemore ask me stop to do my work ut do her work first.

I am sweating in the office now. The air conditioning technician finally is here after complaint for few days. We started to notice the air conditioning does not provide the cool temperature as previous since few days ago. I think I do not need Anoretix to lose weigh if continue to working in sauna office like this.
I hope the air conditioning technician could solve the problem as soon as possible. It just too lazy to work under environment like this.

After repeat and repeat doing the same thing for few years, I think you would remember those number very well already. It is not I do not want to forget the number but I could not forget it! the action would automatic taken once I touch the key pad. :p
I am so happy to receive the check from the MAA Insurance company last Friday. I immediately bank in the check into my bank account and glad that the cheque has been clear in my account today. I am going to invest the money into unit trust and part of it for my traveling budget.
I have extra $100 monthly which suppose to pay for the terms life insurance. I think I have to check out the latest life insurance rates and try to find one that is suitable for me. It would be good to continue good saving plan with the same amount spend for monthly.
Today, boss is not in the office again. It just the right time for me to plan for my trip again. I already put the planning aside one month ago. And now maybe is time to finalist the itinerary. Well, it is still very early to finalist the itinerary actually. I still have 3 months to go. Anyway, it would be good to finish the itinerary early because I am trying not to rush for it later. Let see if I could finish the itinerary by today. hehe
There are more and more news drug rehab showed in the Entertainment page of newspaper. Previously, I could only read that news in newspaper’s social page but now that news are easily found in entertainment page. I think those singers and actresses need to re-educate or send them to National institute of drug abuse learn about the drug abuse. Drug is not the way to release their pressure or so call stress. There are many ways to release stress, why they do not select a correct method?
Holiday is not necessary is a happy day. Well I mean if you have no where to do or do not know what to do in the holiday. Wake up in the 8am morning, went to breakfast and them just stay at home until you could not stand for the bore.
I was planning to have a short trip and bring the children to have fun. Too bad, my hubby does not free to entertain us. He have to stay back due to busy of the company project. And us..all have to stay home for our boring holiday.
I bought an 8 GB SDHC memory card from eBay few months ago. The seller had sent me a wrong memory which it is not a SDHC memory card but is SD Memory card. After my complaint, the seller did refund partial payment to me. However I found that the card is quite useful to me actually. The speed of SD card is a bit too slow for my DSLR camera. Now I am using the SD Memory card as my pen drive only. Well, better than didn’t use it at all, right?
A new staff joint our company since two months ago. Although we are in the same company but she is in the software division department, which is different with my job load. We are in two different department (actually better classified as two different business).
I know boss likes this new staff very much. Boss praise her more than other and she seems like never complain about the new staff. Boss’s mood has become very good since the new staff joint us. Well, maybe this is good for us. Nobody like to work in unhappy environment.
Today was a super tired day for me. I walk and shop started from 8.30am to 3pm. I do not take lunch nor rest in that 7 hours! I could not believe that too. I was planning to leave there at 12.30pm so that I could fetch my daughter from school and send her to my mother’s house. However, I have totally forgotten about the time while shopping in the department store! What a crazy mother. Haha
I bought quite many T-shirt, dress for husband, daughter and me. Bought 2 D&G jeans with discount. Two jeans also have very beautiful design and nice cutting. I like them very much. I am so glad to find the jeans there. Furthermore, I manage to find my size! What a lucky day to me.
Shopping really bring a lot of fun and happy to me. I think I sure will be happier if I do not think about the month end Credit Card Statement. I have no idea how much have I spend in department store already. Anyway, I think my half month salary gone in today only. I think I could only eat bread on the following day, no more money to spend and the worst is now only is the beginning of the month!
