Replace With MC Leave

I supposed to take half day leave today. I even already submitted the leave form and boss already approved. But now I want to change it as MC. I was feeling not well since yesterday, went to visit doctor right after back from work. Already get the MC permission from doctor yesterday, so I want to cancel the half day leave application now and replace it with my MC application. Well, I hope boss allowed me to change the application form and would not deduct my annual leave.
