OverWeight Again!

I weigh this morning before take breakfast. Guess what I weigh today? I wanted to cry when I saw the number! *sob* almost hit 200lbs! I feel like want to break the scale! Anyone have quick weight loss tips to share with me? I want to lose weight but I do not know how to lose weight already. I tried Herbalife and diet pill from doctor, both helped me to lose weight but could not maintain once I stop consuming them. I hate to on supplement all the time. Is there any loss weight method effective in loss weight and maintain without continuous using the method?
