I am planning to prepare meal according to the healthy diet chart. Although I am not sure I could 100% follow the chart but I will try my best. I hope I could provide healthier diet for the children. Of course, it is good to control my own diet too. I gained few kilograms within this two months, I do not want to keep getting fat anymore, so better start to control it now.
