My sister does not own a car. She has been using my father’s car since she started to work. That car is such an old fork now. It is an 18 years old car already. Although my sister does not has to pay car installment but she has to spend quite some amount in yearly service and maintenance fees. Besides that, she has to prepare money for sudden break down also. Lucky there are nothing bad happen so far.

My sister thinks of buy of new car is because of a friend offer her $3000 to buy father’s old fork. The price of $3000 for such old car is consider ok already, so she is so tempting to sell the old car and use the money as deposit to buy a new car. She is eyeing on honda fit for quite long time already. She said Honda Fit is one of the 29 ranks affordable small cars. The ranking is based on analysis of 30 published reviews and test drives of the Honda Fit and analysis of reliability and safety data. I think this small car is quite suitable for a female driver like my sister. I think this is a good chance to get a new car.

Do you think Naming Company is important? For me, I think naming a new company is important as well as naming a new product or service. A good company name or product name help to creates memorable, marketable to customers. This is one of the most powerful forces in branding. My boss understands this marketing strategy very well. That is the reason why she wants to find a branding company to help her think a name for the new company.

I should have any complain since I am not working in that company but I am quite interested to know what kind of company name my boss would select. I also quite interested to know if that company name really help in her business. This sound like another type of feng shui. Chinese likes to find a Feng Shui Sifu to check their office location and furniture arrangement before move in. According to them, a good feng shui office would bring better sales.
Current business already is not good, so I wish my boss have a better future business soon. So that, she does not have to count on current business anymore. Well, I think she might let go this business if new business is good.

Yesterday I am busy in searching travel information online. I was thinking to check if there any good travel deals available for coming Holiday. However, I ended up spend time to read articles regarding Lasik. I did think of go for Lasik Surgery few years ago. I could not wear contact lens at that time due to pregnant, and I get bore of wearing spectacles every day. Therefore, I was thinking to go for Lasik Surgery if possible.

I even check Lasik Surgery Boston website just to find more details. Of course, I did not go for it at last. All because of no budget for that and my husband also object me to do surgery while pregnant. Therefore, I have no choice to forget about the Lasik.

If not because accidentally found a Lasik articles I would think about Lasik anymore. Do not know why, I could wear contact lens again after gave birth. I am not sure it is because I found a brand suitable for me finally or hormone changed after birth. I finally manage to wear contact lens without feeling dry. Well, I might consider Lasik again when I getting bore with wearing contact lens everyday, but not now.

My boss decided to set rule in the office since beginning of the month. She said she wants to restructure office principle so that our Sales Executive would back to office often to settle their paper works. Well, I do not think she is restructuring office principle for the Sales Executive only. I think she wanted us, who are based in the office not to late or back home early.

Boss even wants to buy a time recorder to record our come in and out office time. My Malay colleague does not like the idea because she used to come in late. However she does back home late to replace her late hours. Boss has no problem for that previously as long as we replace the late hour. However now she is very particulars on the time we come in but not the time we back home.

She told us due to bad Debt Collection, so we have to work harder and spend more time in the office now. She does not allow us to come in late anymore. *Sigh* I think all bosses are act the same when business getting worst. I hope my Sales Executive could bring back more sales and work harder on debt collection. So that, boss would have better mood and ease our tension in office.

When I first move into my apartment, I thought that would be a good place for my family. I thought 806 sq feet was large enough for 2 adults and 2 children family. I have changed my mind since I gave birth to my first baby. I bought more and more products, furniture, fitting and do not know what items for her. My little apartment just not large enough to keep all the stuffs. However, almost all of the stuffs are needed for baby and children. It is quite hard for me not to buy them.

I am envy a friend who staying at US, although she often complaint her house is not large enough for her children to play around but she never complaint her house is not enough to keep her stuffs. In fact, her home is same size with mine and also a home for 2 adults and 2 children. I think those Public Mini Storage that available in her living area help her a lot. She only have to spend a little bit more money to get extra storage to keep all her stuffs. Unlike me at here, have money also do not know where to find storage to keep my stuffs.

I think most of the first baby to a family is very lucky person. Most of the new parents would prepare the best things for their first baby just like my friends and me. I had prepared so many baby stuffs to welcome my first baby. I bought Baby Bedding, many clothing and toys for her. I wish to provide the best and all necessary items for her; I have so much of love to give her as well. My sister who just pregnant are busy searching for baby products too. She just like previous me now, I think she would save the money she used to spent on skin care and buy baby products for her coming baby.

I think parent love to their children really do not require any feedback. I care and do whatever for them so much and never think of they will compensate me after grow up. However, I wish they could be a good person and living with happiness. I am not the type of mother who wants great and clever children only. I prefer my children be a happy and stress free kid, well, I will do my best to keep this thinking. Haha

I think our company financial will be very tight in these few months. We are trying best to get more sales and collect payment fast, but too bad the economic is so bad now. More and more customers like to delay our payment, some of them no pay even overdue for 6 months already. They keep telling us they are short of fund and waiting for customer to pay also.

Although, we are trying best to serve the customer but delaying of debt payment make our financial in deep problem already. We are running out of fund to purchase materials. Most of our materials required cash on delivery, so no debt collection coming in mean we do not have cash to purchase anymore, and then we might have to close down the factory because of no production. *sigh*

Besides request boss to hire debt collector to help us collect debt payment, I would also suggest boss to find a better solution to boost company sales. Well, I could only suggest but do not know how to improve company sales because I know nothing about Sales Marketing Skill. My boss is good in that so I think she better think carefully and find a better solution to rescue her company.

Boss is outstation for few days. I should be very free in the office but I am not. My boss is “remote control” our activities from far away. Haha.She is calling us everyday and request us to do this and that, we do not have much private time because have to rush for the report and analysis.

Today she called me in the early morning; I do not even have time to enjoy a cup coffee yet. She wants me to check the Mileage reimbursement by one of the Sales Executive, she needs the information to discuss further with our big boss there. Lucky we have a very good vehicles reimbursement program, and it help me to trace back record easily. Mission completed within 20 minutes and boss is busy meeting with big boss now. I think she would not have time to call back again.

Although she no time to call but I have many works to do in office also. I have two assignment to rush and must complete before 5pm. I have I could finish two of them before due time. Anyway, I have to search for the assignment info now and then start to work already. Stop here!

Checking bank account available balance and update all the payment issued and received has become the most importance things to do in the office. I have to double check the bank account available and floating balance every morning, I have to make sure I do not issued payment access the available balance. If not, $100 bank charges due to short of fund in bank account would be very troublesome. Besides that, I have to get an answer and ready to tell suppliers could we release payment to them or not.

I think I am not a lucky person in working. I never work in a company, which does not have financial problem before. All the company I worked before experienced the financial difficulty and I am being the one who have to scold by suppliers. Why don’t I issue payment for them?

I wish boss and sales executive would work hard on the debt collection, there are above $100K debtor payment we should collect now but only 40% of them is collected on time. 60% of the payment has not yet collect. I believe our financial difficulty could be temporary settle if the 60% of debt payment manage to collect on time. Pray hard the payment will be in very fast.

I am glad to hear my friend’s photo finally successful selected in an Asian photographers exhibition. His photos are one out of 100 illustrating photo selected from Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore for the exhibition titled “Union of Lights”. I saw the photo at his home before, that is one of the real touching and beautiful photos I have ever seen.

I like to visit him because he would share his new works with me every time I am there. I am feeling very happy and glad to be one of the people who could enjoy his beautiful photos. However, I think his wife would be very headache about his photo collections. He has so much of photos printed out and keeps at home. His wife already complaint many times and keep saying that all the photos make their home looks messy and pack!

Well, I believe he needs a very good art storage place for all the photos. It would be better than keep all photos messily at home. I am sure his wife would appreciate his hard work than complaining. In fact, I strongly suggest he find a nice storage place to keep his hard work also. Especially they have two kids at home now; they might damage his works anytime!

My cousin brought back few travel books that I ordered at borders from UK last two months. I was very happy when I received the books. I am planning to study all the travel books and working for my trip itinerary for my trip to Europe. I spent quite a big amount to book the air ticket for all my family on an airline promotion period. I was planning to have a happy and unforgettable holiday with my family.

Current AH1N1 disease makes me cancel my long wait family trip. I am not daring to bring my old parent and children to travel now. I am very disappointed actually, but what to do? I do not want to take risk.
I am very free with the time without planning for the holiday itinerary, most of time spent with doing nothing. Kind of boring life now. Well, I need to get some cheerful now! I am planning to buy the the big fat duck cookbook online and get it delivery to my cousin. However, she could only bring it back to me at next month. I think I have to order some ebooks first, so that I could use them to kill time now!

Most of my friends know that I like to search for traveling deals. No doubt, that searching for traveling deals already becomes one of my online hobbies. I just love to collect all kind of travel information, such as accommodation deals, flight promotion and others.

I am helping my friend to search Gold Coast accommodation deals online. She would visit to Gold Coast with her hubby next year, and trying to find a cheap hotel deal. After done some surveys I found the Surfer Mayfair Apartment located in Surfer Paradise is quite good. I read the reviews of their guest in one of the travel website, their apartment contain full cooking facilities, laundry, dishwasher, internet access and the best is the SPA unit in bathroom! Wow..That is the best after a tired day tour.

I wish I could have a SPA unit in bathroom at home too. Too bad, I could afford to buy a SPA unit. Well, maybe I should get some ideas from Stylehive website, Perhaps I could DIY a SPA bathroom without spend much money. Taking a hot SPA after working for a day is relaxed. I believe that would be the best way to recharge energy.

My boss will not in the office starting from next week. She is busying for her exhibition again. This time she is going far and would only back 3 weeks later. I am so happy to work without boss in office, that mean I have more time to chitchatting and surf internet at those precious day! Now I have to think that what I should do since I am would be so free. Any ideas? What would you do to kill your free time?

I already bookmarked Stylehive website, I think most of my office time would spend in this website next week. I wish my boss would not come back so fast, so that I could have more time to relax in office. :p

I am very tempting to buy a new property for investment after studied most of the Mortgage plans that bank offering currently. Although I am not sure current interest rate offering by bank would be the best or not in the future, but I am sure it is the best since I know about home loan or mortgage thingy.

10 years ago, most mortgage plans provided plan like BLR + 1.5% or 2%. 5 years ago, most mortgage plans provided plan such as BLR + 0.5% or 1%. While back to 3 years ago, the best I could get was BLR – 1.15%. However, currently most of the banks are offering plans with BLR – 1.8% and even BLR – 2.2% for the whole loan tenure. Do not ever look down the 0.5% – 1% different, it could help you to save $1K annually out of $100K loan amount.

St. Thomas Villas is one of the real estate I am interested to invest. The location of St. Thomas Villas is good and the Villa design is very beautiful as well. Oh yes, they are given away 2 million dollar St. Thomas Waterfront villa for a $100 now! I might have chance to get the property without spend money! haha

I have checked out the mortgage plan from at least 5 or 6 banks for the last two weeks. I was thinking to refinance current home loan as soon as possible. Current interest rate offer by bank is very attractive. Compare to the package I applied 5 years ago, it is about 1 – 1.5% lower. I could save lot of interests with that 1% annual interest rate.

I was planning to cash out maximum loan amount and dump into another Mortgage, which still under lock in period with higher interests’ rate. For those who are interested to invest into property, this would be a good time to get Mortgage. But for sure you have to buy property in Prima area such as the St. Thomas Real Estate. I am sure your return will be higher with current low interest rate mortgage plan.

Back to my refinance plan, I just remember to check the actual mature date of current mortgage today. Called to the customer services and get them to check for me. Stupid I have wrongly estimated the mature date! The mortgage lock in period will be expiring at August 2009 and not May 2009. Well, now I have to wait for another 2 months to submit my refinance application to avoid penalty.

Today was a super tired day for me. I walk and shop started from 8.30am to 3pm. I do not take lunch nor rest in that 7 hours! I could not believe that too. I was planning to leave there at 12.30pm so that I could fetch my daughter from school and send her to my mother’s house. However, I have totally forgotten about the time while shopping in the department store! What a crazy mother. Haha

I bought quite many T-shirt, dress for husband, daughter and me. Bought 2 D&G jeans with discount. Two jeans also have very beautiful design and nice cutting. I like them very much. I am so glad to find the jeans there. Furthermore, I manage to find my size! What a lucky day to me.

Shopping really bring a lot of fun and happy to me. I think I sure will be happier if I do not think about the month end Credit Card Statement. I have no idea how much have I spend in department store already. Anyway, I think my half month salary gone in today only. I think I could only eat bread on the following day, no more money to spend and the worst is now only is the beginning of the month!

I am on leave today. You might not believe the reason I applied for today leave, however, I believe all the shopaholic would understand it. Haha

I received a letter from my favorite department store last week. They are having member day sales on today. They only provides member day sale once a year. All items are discount up to 70% plus 10% cash voucher. See..How could I miss this great chance? I went to the department store at 8.30am. I am very surprise that there are already many people arrived early than me. They probably arrived before the department business hours.

The main purpose for today shopping is shop for clothing. I have to buy clothing for my husband, daughter and of course for me as well. I bought myself quite many dress. I am trying to find the Mike & Chris dress in the department store. I like the Mike & Chris Roger Vintage Jersey Dress very much. But too bad, I found nothing in the department store. I wonder are they only selling online. Well, no choice. I think I better place the Preorder in online store, so that I could have the dress soon.

I could not agreed more when my friend commented that one third of her life would spend on the bed. I did and I will also spend one third of rest of my life on the bed as well. Don’t you agree that we are spending the night on the bed? 8 hours are just a right time for a good sleep.

Some of my friend complaint that they could not sleep well at night. I understand that having a good sleep is most people’s wish. Especially after a whole day hard work in the office. I believe a good sleep would recharge your life perfectly. Everyday would be a good day after wake up from a good sleep.

A relax and comfortable bed would help you to sleep better. Look at this Modern Rega daybed, do you feel like want to get it for your bedroom? This bed is such an unusual luxury bed! It cost about $6,500, my half year pay! Of course, for those who are rich, I do not think the price would stop them to purchase this modern Rega daybed. I think they would feel worth to buy a bed that helps them sleep soundly. I wish I could spend for it too.

Sad to tell I never bought a comfortable and beautiful jacket. Due to my fat body, I only managed to buy those jackets that are so so design only. Not all other beautiful and comfortable jackets that I eyes on have my size!

I tried to search for nice jacket every time going to shopping mall and when I shop in online Apparel’s store. Too bad, I hardly find one that I like and tempt to buy.

Yesterday, my friend tells me, she found few very beautiful jackets in an online store but could not make up her mind to select one jacket only. She even sent me the URL to check out all the American Apparel jacket that she likes.

I am so happy to find the unisex California fleece track jacket in the online store! I could not believe when I saw the word in the item description – “This style available in 2XL”. Do you see it? 2XL! I am sure this jacket is the one I needed! The price is selling at US$44.00 only. Furthermore, they have so many colors available. Black, Brown, Red, Powder Pink, Raspberry, Navy and etcs. I like the red color jacket. The jacket looks so attractive.

I like to stay at my apartment because of its temperature. Unlike staying at my parent house previous, I could not stand for the hot temperature even it is a raining night. I do not know what the problem causes hot air in terrace house, I really could not understand why two house located in the same area would have different temperature at home. Even, both are no switch on the air-conditioning unit.

The temperature in my apartment is much better than at my parent house. I do not have to switch on air conditioning unit regardless it on day or night. I am sleeping well with the fan switched on at lowest level. However, my husband like cold bedroom, he loves to switch on air conditioning at night. I could not stop him because he really could not sleep well without switch on the air cond.

I already have a comforter but I am feeling cold still. I have complaint so many times to husband and finally he agreed to buy me a jacket. So that I could sleep well with it. I am going to buy the nice jacket this weekend! Let get him to pay for it.
