No Increment For 2 years

I read from Miche blog about her company have increased staff salary by using 360 degree feedback. I wonder is this software useful on improving employee working performance. I think I have to ask her about this. If possible, I would like to introduce to my boss and let her get it for us. I wish to have my salary increase like Miche also. Poor I have no increase of salary since 2 years ago. I hope that by using that software will really help on improve staff performance. Then, I will ask for increment when the time is come.
