My boss and Sales executive have a long meeting this morning. They come into office early then I expected. Usually they will reach office around 10am only but today they are in the office before I am arrived! I think they are seriously in the discussion of how to generate more sales now. We already adjusted the product price according to the percentage of materials cost increment. Now have to think a better way to promote our products with higher selling price.

I do not join their meeting, as I do not know much about marketing skill. However, I am thinking to introduce the Branding Company to my boss. Strong our brand strength might be one of the method could help us to generate more sales. I always believe our company products are very good as it is using high quality materials. However, we might need to maximum the expose of products to potential buyers, so that they know about our products.

If possible, I do not want to leave this company actually. However, I think boss really have to think a better way to generate more sales so that we could make higher profit. If the financial problem could be settling then I will be very happy to stay at this company forever.

I have no idea what to buy for a 3 year’s old little boy now. My nephew is 3 years old birthday fall on next weekend. His mother planning to organize a small birthday party for him. She invites me to bring my daughter to attend the party. I am headache what to buy for him now.

I feel very funny sometimes. I have no idea to buy gift to girl, as I always know what to buy to my daughter. However, I am totally an idiot when have to think about gift to a boy. My husband laughs at me that is because I do not have a son “yet”. He commented that I would know what to buy if I have a son. Well, maybe he is right. Anyway, I have asked a friend who has three sons to advice what to buy already. Haha

She recommended me to buy two Baseball Gloves to my nephew as birthday gift. She told me 3 years old is good enough to start to play sports and she sure they will love it. I think she is right. I hope his father who uses to busy on work could spend more time to play baseball game with him also. I hope that these two pair of baseball gloves could bring him more happiness and time to share with family.

Those clothing just too cute and must have for my girls.

I was trying to search a new job in online advertising website yesterday. I feel very unsecure to work in current company at all the sudden. I am not sure it is because of the company financial difficulty or because I having fear to work with emotion boss and colleague.

My boss face clouded in these two weeks. I am feeling very uncomfortable in the office since then. I do not know she is not happy with my work performance or because of someone else. I just cannot work in environment like this.

I already work in this company for 7 years. It is a very long period. If possible, I do not want to leave here too. However, I feel quite lose when I am look in the company business. Business has no improve at all. We need more sales and profit to cover all the expenses.

Maybe boss should consider get help from Marketing Company. We need someone professional to help us build up the company image, so that customer would feel confident to buy our products. I think our sales could be increase by using this method. Our products are good quality just we need more attention from the consumers. I think promote the products using new marketing skill is what we need now.

Yesterday I was in bad mood. I have some argument with the company supervisor. The supervisor insist to bank in his pay tomorrow although I already informed him that our bank have not enough fund yet. I have told him that we are trying the best to collect customer payment now and hope he could wait until next week. Nevertheless, he just does not listen to me and insist us purposely holding his pay.

I am feeling very tire to explain to person like this anymore. He totally could not understand what I mean. I do not want people to call me up every day and chase for payment every day. I wish I could release all the payment if possible. However, our company are facing debt problem now! We are trying hard to collect customer payment but what could we do if customers do not want to pay us.

I complaint our company problem to a friend, she suggest us to find an agent to help for those Debt Collection. She said it is worth to spend some to get back the debt. Yes, she is right. Our company needs cash to flow in urgently, I think I better suggest this to boss and hope she could get someone to collect all those debts for us as soon as possible.

Do you have any collection hobby? Some people like to collect stamps, wine, books, DVD, painting or many others. And I love to collect bookmarks when I was little. I have two carton of bookmarks collection that I have been collecting since 10 years old. However, I lost all of them on the time I am move to new home!

I remember clearly that I have packed the bookmark collection nicely in two big cartons. However, I just could not find it after moved into new home. I have no idea where that two carton gone at all! I feel very disappointed and sad until today because I have lost something that is most memorable of my life. It is does not matter if your collection is cheap or expensive. As long as it is your “collection”, I am sure you will feel the pain if you loss it.

I advice those who want to move house soon. You better take good care of your collection and do not let it “disappear” in the moving progress. I am working in accounting department since 15 years ago. Frankly, I am somewhat boring to do all those accounting anymore. I am thinking that maybe I should change my job or just go to study again. I want to find a program that available to study online, so that I still can work and earn money to pay for the fees. Someone asks me what my boss reaction is when she heard that I have to take public transport to office. Well, I am curious does she expect my boss should increase my pay after know I am going to take public transport to work? I never dream of that as I know my boss would do so.

I hate to do house chore! I think most of the house owners think as me. Cleaning a house is not easy at all! It is not only time consume but also have to use lot of energy just to clean a house. Moreover, it is never ending! I still have to do the cleaning every week or even everyday. My husband advice me to get a house cleaner actually, But I have rejected his suggestion because I do not want to stay with a stranger at home.

What if I lose my current job? Could I survive with only one income for my family? I am not dare to think about it now. I was thinking my boss will work hard in the new business and sold off the old business very soon. However, everything seems is different now. The new business is having some problem now as it does not going smooth as what we plan before. And the old business is just maintain in the loss level. We do not have enough fund to fight with other competitors. We are just waiting now. Wait to see which company could survive longer and not end with bankruptcy. I am losing faith on this company, I do not know how long could it survive. Should I leave and do not mind to work for lower salary? Or stay in this unstable company? tough decision I have to make now.

Cut cost is one of the method I ma using now to save money. I already started to take public transport to work and I hope I could save at least $100 per month. I am planning to save the money every month, so that I could have a bigger amount to invest into gold bullion later. I understand that I could not get rich by working only. If want to be get rich I think the only way is either gamble or invest. I never believe gamble could make a person rich, so I picked investment. Now is time for me to save the money and get it invests into gold market. I hope I will able to buy my first gold bullion within this year.

I am waiting to read CP’s Japan Disneyland post again. She told me she wills update her travelogue as soon as she uploaded the Disney Photo. I know she likes Disney very much. She had been to Disneyland for more than four times already and still wants to visit it again.

I am thinking to inform her regarding The Magic of Disney fine art Exhibition will be in a live performance presentation at Utah’s Hogle Zoo soon. I wonder would she want to meet the Disney Fine Art Artist Trevor Carlton personally at the September 20, 2008 10am to 2pm. Maybe she will fly to there just for the Disney Fine Art. haha

Some woman love branded products but some are not. I am those do not loves branded products. Opps..Maybe I should say I have no money to spend on branded products. Anyway, cheap products is not bad too, at least I could spend little in several items rather than a huge amount in only one item. :p

Just like buying cheap lingerie, it is not because I could not effort to buy expensive lingerie but I want to give my husband fresh look. I would wear the same sexy lingerie for many times, so why buy the expensive one? I rather buy 3 - 4 cheap lingerie and wear it for several times. :p

Boss is face clouded again. Colleague and I not dare to chat in the office. We just keep quiet and do out jobs without talk now. I am not sure boss is angry my driver or me or both of us. But I just feel not very comfortable to work under situation like that.

I was reading my friend’s old post that mumble about her company. I know she hate to do the extra office work that does not belong to her. However, I did not know she has to do so much of it! No wonder she has to work overtime everyday. I think her colleague and boss should start to think of getting a new staff instead of increase her workload. It is possible to let one person handling so many works.

However, I think it quite hard for friend’s company to get a new staff though. I heard her complaint also company is short of fund and cash flow. Maybe just like what she said. Children surely like cartoon and Disneyland would be a great places to find those cartoon characters. I am just curious why many adult also interested to visit Disneyland. Some of them even visit to Disneyland more than 3 times! Oh, my…I really could not understand that. Is Disneyland really a place that could attracting adult and let them want to play inside repeatedly? Well, many I should join the Orlando vacations and try once if the Disneyland as great as they talking about or not.

I remember I am such a lazy bug in my schooling time, had pretended sick to absent class many times. I wonder would I repeat the same excuse to escape class if I study online now. Of course, I would try my best to complete the degree if possible. Maybe a subject that I love could bring magic for me to complete the study.
