I have checked my Demerit Point by key in the IC. I have 1 Demerit point. I could not remember when did I scored the 1 Demerit Point. hmm…lucky it just 1 point. :p
The penalties imposed under the Demerit System is suspension of driving license for 6 months ~ 12 months. And revocation of driving licence if the offence is repeated for the third time in a period of 5 years.

I am helping my sister to check her motorcycle online. She tried to renew her motorcycle roadtax few days ago but fail. The government officer told her that the motorcycle had been blacklisted. She very shocked when heard of that because she don’t even know what happen. She seldom drive the motorcycle and never have compound also, then why blacklisted?
Now she have to run to the JPJ and check with the officer directly. I hope she could settle the case as soon as possible. If not it might impact her driving license renewal also.

I have just did my election roll checking online. I am still in the old vote location. I checked my husband, he voting area was not change yet! I already help him to fill up the changed of address form few years ago, but they still yet to update the change until today.

I was thinking that this new rules seems quite funny. I think most of the husband and wife who need to transfers their property between spouses will happen only when they want to divorce. If their are agreed to get this done before divorce then shouldn’t be any problem. What if they are having divorce in not-so-peace-situation? I don’t think this is useful for them. They might want to sign the divorce documents much more faster than property transfers documents. Anyway, just my silly thought. But, I think it would be more meaningful if if had been waived for transactions between parents, children and relative.

I’m help my father invested into this before. 5 per cent per years was just slightly better then fixed deposit, not very good investment, however, it is better than save in normal saving account. If the money really just to keep for saving then is good to invest into this. This only valid to who is over 55 years and above. And valid for three years only, cannot extend the period.

Is this really useful to help us pay off the loan? I will only withdraw the entire amount from the account no. 2 to reduce my housing loan rather than use it to pay monthly loan installments. I do not think using EPF money to pay the loan monthly will be a good idea for medium earning people. This might leads them used to spend EPF money and use their own money on others expenses.
I read from newspaper, our government is release Amanah Saham Wawasan 2020 again on 12 September 2007. I strongly suggest those who has extra money to invest into this Amanah Saham, this is a very steady and good investment. I have invested into this 10 years back when government first release of it. But, stupid me only invested $3000 into the account, and cannot topup after the entire fund had sold off. You have to wait until someone sell it.
I must say that it’s not easy to purchase Amanah Saham Wawasan 2020, you will surprise to see all the participating bank are full of people who want to purchase. You might get nothing if you are arrive in the afternoon only.

A very good solution for medium earning family. Then, we don’t need to tell “lie” about how much is the parent monthly earning when fill up the Textbook loan scheme form.
