Someone asks me what my boss reaction is when she heard that I have to take public transport to office. Well, I am curious does she expect my boss should increase my pay after know I am going to take public transport to work? I never dream of that as I know my boss would do so.

Here is what she told me…”Good to take public transport, you have more chance to do exercise now.”

What if I lose my current job? Could I survive with only one income for my family? I am not dare to think about it now. I am worrying losing my job actually as I could not feel the security provide by the company now. Short of cash flow is the unresolvable problem in our company. We are facing this since the five years ago and have no solution found until today.

I was thinking my boss will work hard in the new business and sold off the old business very soon. However, everything seems is different now. The new business is having some problem now as it does not going smooth as what we plan before. And the old business is just maintain in the loss level. We do not have enough fund to fight with other competitors. We are just waiting now. Wait to see which company could survive longer and not end with bankruptcy. I am losing faith on this company, I do not know how long could it survive. Should I leave and do not mind to work for lower salary? Or stay in this unstable company? tough decision I have to make now.

Boss is face clouded again. Colleague and I not dare to chat in the office. We just keep quiet and do out jobs without talk now. I am not sure boss is angry my driver or me or both of us. But I just feel not very comfortable to work under situation like that.

My colleague said working for lady boss always has this kind of problem one. How come previously I do not feel this way but recently happen quite often? What’s wrong with my boss?

I am quite happy with the morning smooth public transport system because it only took 25 minutes to reach my office. Although I have to spent another 20 minutes to walk to the office but I could take it as exercise. However, the time to take public transport back home really makes me sick.

First, I am very happy with the Rapid LRT system. They have train every 5 – 10 minutes time. Which mean I do not have to wait so long even I am late? However, the KTM is such a mess! KTM train breaks down often and it is damn many passengers. I was waiting at Tasik Selatan station at 6.05pm and there should be a KTM train arrives on 6.25pm but I wait until 6.50pm only get one and that train just too full. I do not even have chance to go inside!

I have to choice to wait for second train and very scary man..second train also very pack but I do not want to wait and just force to squeeze inside. I think I do not even know if someone steals my bag at that moment. We all are too close to each other.

I finally started the journey to take public transport to working. Well, what should I say? Train took about 25 minutes to reach the station nearby my office; however, I have to take about 20 minutes to walk from the station to office. I am sweating like hell and extremely tired after I reach office. Although the weather is good, no sun no rain and quite nice weather, but I just sweating so much. I think I must be easy to exercise.

I do not know how long could I survive and would I still want to walk like this. Anyway, I give myself some time to accept the public transport system and I hope I will adjust my mood very soon.

I am thinking to apply an additional leave day before my trip. However, I do not know how to ask for the leave now. I already submit the application for 9 days annual leave days last month and already got approved. It seem like not so good to apply another application again huh? How?

I still have many works not settle yet. I was planning to settle all before go for my holiday. However, I feel no mood to working now! Hmm…Maybe I should just fill up the form and place it on my boss’s table. :p

My weekly petrol expenses has been increase 30% since the petrol price increased. Previously is $60.00 per week and now I have to pay $80 per week. To save cost, I am thinking to take public transport to working.

I am studying those public transport map since yesterday. Oh my.. it is quite troublesome to take public transport from my home to office. I have to take 3 different trains! I wonder is it worth to spend time on changing public transport or not. Sign..hard to make decision now.

I think most of the employee would feel worry if they boss does not look happy in the office. I meant when the boss’s face show a little black then sure all the employee will keep quiet and start to work hard in the office without talking much.

I use to be like that too. Haha..When I seen my boss does not sound anything in the office. I will just keep quiet and do my own work. I would not talk much at that time as I want to avoid step on my boss tail and make her angry. :p

This week would be a week without boss in the office as well. I suppose very happy because I could read more information about my vacation and prepare a detail for the trip. However, do not know why I just do not have mood to do so. Maybe I am worry I could not finish my office work before I am on leave.

Oh my..I have to remind myself not to overspend time online without doing my office work. I am just too bad in control myself to work when boss is not around. Bad staff I am.

I wonder how my boss feels about my laziness in the office hour. I notice I am getting lazy in the office. I am trying not to take much responsibility in the office, not as previous try to explain and deal with suppliers as what I can. I am trying not to involve into the company financial problem.

I told my husband that I am could not stand to be the one who always scold by supplier. Those suppliers thought I am the person in charge who can make the payment. Oh my! I am not the boss; I do not know how to make payment without money in the bank account. If they expect boss to dump in more capital, then please just talk to my boss and not me! Anything related with money or payment, please contact my boss. I do not want to be scold in the early morning everyday! Anymore!

WTF! Where got such ridiculous customer ah?!

They faxed two payment voucher dated at 23/02 and 26/03 and request us to sign as prove of received the check they posted out. After check the Feb and March Bank statement, I called them back and told them I didn’t received the both check.

But don’t know that stupid customers is not understand or what. Keep saying they have posted out and it is impossible we didn’t received it. And kept ask me who usually received letter and who will open those letter..WTF!! sound like we are cheating them.

Are they stupid! I already ask them to check their own bank statement, if the check has clear then should be something wrong with our side. But they never want to do so but keep saying we should received the cheque!!! Really ridiculous customer! Make me so angry now!

Will you reduce your products price to customer if they do not require for any reducing? Or they never sound any unsatisfied with current selling price? For a sales executive or even a junior sale personal will not auto reduce price if customer not ask for it, right?

I have no idea what’s wrong with my Sales Executive, she automatically reduce price for customer even that customer has no request for it. What is she doing there? She is making a big lost in our company! stupid!

I am feeling not well today. I think I am lack of sleep and flu attacked make me feeling sick now. I wish to take MC today and sleep at home. My eyes seem like cannot open anymore..OH my…I just wish I could lay on the bed and have a good rest now. Hmm…I gotta call boss and request for MC now. Cannot stand anymore.

Should I feel unhappy when boss assign work to me? The work that is not related to company business. I do not know do I have the right to feel unhappy or not. I always doubt that who is the one pay me salary. Is my boss or the company I am working now?

If my salary is from boss’s pocket, is that mean she has the right to ask me do anything work that is related to her in office hours even it is not the company work? If she has more than 5 businesses, is that mean I hate to work for 5 companies? Oh my god!

Boss call today and question me why did not prepare the delivery order together with the price list and items appendix to customer. I am kind of unhappy regarding this. First because this works should not prepare by me as this is not my company delivery order or related business. Second, I am account executive but not invoicing clerk. Third, that is Boss’s own business that not related with my current job function.

I do not understand why boss want me to prepare that kind of documents. I wish I could say NO to her! Not my job function. OK?!

I am trying my best not to blog in the office now. I have too much office works have not done yet. I think I need at least 2 - 3 weeks time to complete all my pending works. I hope I could settle my office before my long leave. If not my boss might not happy to let me go for such long holiday. Besides that, I have to complete my husband’s company account now. The submission of tax form is until this month end only. Now is time to rush and settle it.

I am very happy my boss has back to normal now. After a long week of watching boss’s Face Clouded in the office, we finally do not have to continue working in that kind of worry and fear environment already.

I hope she will remain happy in the future. I am kind of fear to see her black face now. She looks extremely fierce when she is not happy. I am scare!

Will you continue to work in a business with dark future? Currently, I am having a very strong feeling of my company business is no longer a business with bright future. Maybe I should say our business look no opportunities to expand or increase sales. And the reason is no money and boss has no fund to dump into the business!

I started to listen radio drama again. I stopped this entertainment since 1 and half years ago. Recently back to the hobby due to cannot stand for the serious environment in office.this radio drama could be a very good entertainment in the boring office.

98.8 radio story times have two sessions. Local radio drama is at 12noon and Hong Kong Drama is at 2pm every Monday to Saturday. Times goes by faster with the radio drama, although it is just a 30 mins radio drama.

I am rushing a detail financial report for my boss now. I have to key in all the expenses and income and make sure everything is up to date. Then, have to list down the Trial Balance, Profit and Lost account, Balance Sheet of two accounts, then combine two into one.

That is what I am rushing now. I am doing this since last Wednesday and still yet to finish all. I do not have time to update my blog in the office hour anymore. I gotta finish my work and present to my boss in this week. Very tire …
